We, Far Eastern - Fernost Beratungs- und Handelsgesellschaft mbH („Far Eastern“), collect, process and use personal data exclusively within the respective data protection regulations, in particular the German Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz, BDSG) and the German Telemedia Act (Telemediengesetz, TMG). In the following, we will inform the user of our Website (hereinafter „User“) about the nature, scope and purpose of the collection and use of personal data through Far Eastern.

1. Collection, processing and use of User data
The User may visit the Far Eastern Website without revealing information regarding his personal data.
Due to technical reasons, the internet browser of the User automatically transfers access data without personal references to the Far Eastern web server when accessing the Far Eastern  Website. This particular concerns the name of the internet service provider of the User and, as the case may be, the Website from which the User is visiting the Far Eastern Website. Furthermore, the computer of the User automatically transfers the IP address of the User in order to enable the use of the Far Eastern Website. Beyond the utilization process, Far Eastern stores these data exclusively for the creation of anonymous user profiles for merely statistical purposes. These data are exclusively evaluated for an improvement of the Far Eastern offerings and do not allow any identification regarding the person of the User. They are deleted after evaluation.

2. Use of Cookies and Analysing Tools
On different pages we use cookies in order to make the visit of our Website attractive and to enable the use of certain functionalities. 3. Collection, processing and use of further personal data
Beyond that Far Eastern only collects personal data insofar, as (i) the User voluntarily discloses it when contacting Far Eastern via the e-mail contact possibility referred to on the Website or the contact form or (ii) in case of a further declaration of consent. Far Eastern uses the data disclosed by the User only in order to answer to contact requests or on the basis of the consent of the data subject or a statutory allowance. Beyond that, e.g. after the use for the purposes of answering to a request, personal data of the user will be blocked and deleted upon the expiration of the period for compelling storage of such data.

4. Information right
According to the German Data Protection Act (BDSG), the User is entitled to receive information regarding his stored data free of charge and also has the right to correction, blocking or deletion of his data, where required.
